Discovery

We read your account before we open a design file.

We go through your ad account, your reviews and your support inbox looking for the tension your customers already put in writing. Nothing here is invented — the objection we build against is one they have said out loud.

You get the teardown whatever happens next, and it is written so your own team could execute it without us.

Brief

One page, agreed before anyone makes anything.

The brief names the audience, the objection, the metric the work is meant to move and what is explicitly out of scope. It is short on purpose: a brief nobody can hold in their head is a brief nobody is held to.

You sign it. Everything after this points back at it, including the argument about whether a cut is right.

Style frames approved

موافقتك توقف كل ما يليها

Nothing is generated until you approve the look, in writing.

We build still frames — real composition, real colour, real type, the actual grade — and you approve or reject them. This is the last cheap moment to change direction, so it is the moment we stop and wait.

No generation runs before this approval lands. Not a test render, not a draft, not an exploration: the pipeline does not start and there is nothing to be quietly attached to.

Production

Capture is human. Versioning is not.

We film where the thing is made — the object, the process, the hands. Cast creators where the brief calls for them, on a written consent trail naming scope, term and territory.

The pipeline then versions what the camera recorded into platform-native cuts, hooks, lengths and languages. It multiplies the capture; it does not replace it.

Human QA

A person watches every frame before you do.

Every deliverable is reviewed end to end by one of the two founders against the brief, the frames and the consent trail — hands, product geometry, type, subtitle timing, and anything a model gets confidently wrong.

Nothing reaches you because it passed automatically. If it fails here it is remade here, before it is ever a thing you have to reject.

Delivery

The files, the rights and the disclosure, together.

You receive the finished cuts, the editable project files and a delivery manifest naming which frames were filmed and which were AI-assisted. Ownership transfers on final payment and covers the source files, not only the exports.

First cut lands 48 hours after an approved concept and the ad is live in the feed by hour 72; the feedback window is 14 days, with two revision rounds included on sprint work.

Measurement

We stay for the part that decides whether it worked.

Delivery is where most studios stop, which is why most creative is never judged. We read the result against the metric named in the brief, and we say plainly when a concept did not move it.

Winners get versioned and scaled from the same capture. Losers are killed rather than quietly re-run.

You do, on final payment — and that covers the source, not just the export. Editable project files, 3D scenes, the graded masters and the brand documentation all transfer. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio, and that right is the one thing you can strike from the scope before we start if you would rather we did not.
