MORE THAN AN AGENCY

MEET THE STUDIO.

Two founders, one rule: the people who present the work are the people who produce it. We stay small on purpose, because that is the only way the work still sounds like the pitch in month twelve.

AI multiplies the reach and the languages of footage captured by hand, in the room where the work happens. It never fabricates the craft.

THE founders.

Two people, both named, both searchable. Open either profile in a new tab and check it against everything else on this site.

  • Saâd El Hamdani

    Filmmaker & AI video generator

Production, quality control and AI disclosure

    • Directed the ARTCO film on /work
    • Capture-first pipeline: camera before model
    • Signs off every delivery manifest

Saâd holds the camera. Capture happens where the thing is made — the object, the workshop, the hands — because that footage is the material everything else is built from, and no model generates a maker who does not exist.

He also owns the part nobody advertises: which frames were shot, which were generated, and the manifest that says so on every delivery. That is what makes the AI label on our work a claim a client can check.

  • Tarik Ouazar

Marketing specialist & AI automation engineer

Growth, systems and the machines that run them

    • Built the lead pipeline behind this site
    • Built Lumen, the concierge on this page
    • Runs the Meta and TikTok testing cadence

Tarik reads the account the way a trader reads a book — position, cost, exposure — and kills losing creative without a meeting about it. One variable at a time, a holdout that stays untouched, and a window long enough to mean something.

The automation is not a side project: the routing, the scoring and the concierge you can talk to on this page are all his, and they are the same systems we install for clients who need creative to arrive on a clock.

WHAT WE actually do.

  • 01

    Direction

The angle, the hook, and everything before a camera moves

Most ads fail in the first frame, not the edit. We start from the objection your buyer already has — pulled from their reviews, their support tickets, their competitors' comment sections — and build the angle around it.

The concept is written to be tested, not admired, so every idea arrives with the metric it is supposed to move.

You get an angle map before you get a storyboard.

  • 02

    Performance

What ships, what gets killed, and the number behind both

Creative testing is a discipline with rules: one variable at a time, a holdout that stays untouched, and a window long enough to clear the learning phase before anyone calls it.

We read the account the way a trader reads a book — position, cost, exposure — and we kill losing creative without a meeting about it.

Every readout names what lost, not just what won.

  • 03

    Capture & pipeline

What the camera records, and how far one day of it travels

Capture is human and it happens where the thing is made. We film the object, the workshop and the hands, and that footage is the material everything else is built from.

AI enters after the capture, inside the edit: versions, formats, subtitles, twelve languages from one day of filming. It multiplies what the camera recorded. It never fabricates the craft, and it will not save a bad angle either.

Every delivery names which frames were shot and which were generated.

OUR VALUES

HOW WE OPERATE.

  1. 01

    The method is the proof

We publish our thinking before you pay us a thing — the angle, the reasoning, the benchmark we are designing against. Read it, pressure-test it, argue with it. Judgement is the thing you are actually buying, so we put ours on the table first and let it be examined.

  2. 02

    Numbers over adjectives

No recommendation leaves here without a metric, a baseline and a date attached. When something we shipped loses, you hear it from us first, with the number. The alternative is a relationship where you cannot trust the good news either.

  3. 03

The people who pitch are the people who make it

There are two of us, and the two you meet are the two who write the angle, hold the camera and cut the film — from the first conversation to the last delivery. We cap how many engagements run at once because that is the only way the sentence stays true.

CAREERS

Not hiring yet.

Two founders, and we intend to stay small until the work demands otherwise. When that changes it will be because a client need outgrew a person, not because a headcount plan said so. If you make things we would be jealous of, send them anyway.
